Ongoing Support Package

This package is designed for projects that have already passed the installation phase and require periodic maintenance. It is not an emergency service, but a scheduled accompaniment that allows vintage furniture to be kept in optimal condition for years.

It includes quarterly reviews of the condition of the pieces, adjustments to upholstery and hardware, and a conservation report with specific recommendations for each piece of furniture. The goal is to prevent minor wear and tear from turning into costly repairs.

What exactly does it cover?

Support is organized into three main areas:

  • Visual and structural inspection of each piece, with photographic records and notes on changes in wood, varnishes, or fabrics.
  • Professional cleaning and preventive treatments against moisture or insects, adapted to the climate of each region.
  • Replacement of minor elements: screws, hinges, handles, or small veneer patches, always using materials that respect the original character of the furniture.

Complete restorations or full upholstery changes are not included, although referral to a specialized workshop can be arranged if the client requests it.

Who is it useful for?

Boutique hotels with several suites furnished with restored pieces, offices that have decorated their meeting rooms with period furniture, or collectors who rotate their inventory and need to keep the lot in salable condition. It also works for architects supervising projects remotely who want to ensure the furniture is preserved as agreed.

The service is contracted for six-month periods, with the possibility of renewal. A summary of the interventions carried out and the general condition of the set is sent each quarter.

This package does not replace a complete restoration or insurance against major damage. It is designed as a complement to extend the useful life of the pieces and reduce the frequency of deep interventions.
